Log on at http://book.rushmere.physio
Once you are logged on, you will come to your dashboard.
Click the link to enter info.

If you have forgotten your password or are new to the portal
Go to the portal: http://book.rushmere.physio
enter your email address then click next
click "forgot password"
you can then choose to receive a code via text or email if we have these details
enter this code in the top box and enter your new password in the bottom two boxes
click "login"
Now complete the form
When the form is completed, click save in the top right corner
